Registration: Registration will open in April. An email will go out for those on our blast list and will be live here, on our website.
Fees: For our 2024 season, the fee will remain $250 per swimmer. A $25 discount will be applied per sibling. Your registration covers the dues paid into the league, coaching salaries, insurance, ribbons, league championship entries, end of season party, family day, and team gear. Each family will also be responsible to pay a fee to Swimmingly ($16 per swimmer) and purchase a team swim suit. A parent must also volunteer during at least 2 swim meets to meet the 50 points total.

*Swimsuits and other equipment will be the responsibility of the family.
Swimsuit: Ordering information can be found here. You may want to buy a second-hand team suit, which you can find on our Facebook page. The swimsuit try-on will take place at the Skube Swim Center on April 5th. Check the calendar for more information.
Practice: The practice times will be between 8:00am - 12pm, Monday-Friday. Once we have closed registration, we will post the exact times.
Season: The 7 and up season will run from May 13th to June 29th.
The 6 and unders will start when morning practice begins on May 28th.
Eligible Ages: To be eligible to participate in the Westhaven Swim Team you must be 4 years old (based on ability and coach/swimmer ratio) - 18 years old (in High School). Your child’s safety is our #1 concern. We will hold tryouts for the youngest kids during the first week of am practice. After the first 2 weeks, each swimmer must be able to swim 25m (one full lap).
Refunds: You can request a refund less the free gifts within the first two weeks of the season. After that, no refunds will be processed.
Volunteering: Each family will be required to volunteer at our home and away meets. The point system will be continued. Each family will need to accumulate at least 50 points.
