Hi Everyone.

We are looking forward to our FAMILY FUN DAY tomorrow... and hope that parents will join in the fun!

For those families attending the Championship Meet this weekend, I've attached a document that breaks down the Sessions and the Heat sheets for you to print.

Please make sure your swimmer brings their team suit, goggles, cap, a few towels, sunscreen, plenty of water and some healthy snacks.  We will bring snacks and drinks left over from our family fun day.
