Hi Blue Heron Families...

Before I share the meet information, I need to share a few reminders about the Skube swim center.

1.  Please DO NOT bring glass inside the gate (porcelain/ceramic are also included in glass).

2. For Liability issues, we are NOT allowed to prop the gate open.  Please be kind and let other families in if you are inside and see a family coming.

3.  Pets are NOT allowed inside the gates.

4.  No gum on the pool deck.

5.  Please label all personal items.  

6.  Please remind your swimmers to clean up their area before they leave, including pushing in their chairs.

We have a great relationship with our HOA and are allowed to use the pool during hours that benefit out team. With your help, we can stay in good standing!

TEAM PICTURE DAY TOMORROW:  Please arrive at the pool by 8:15am tomorrow with your team swimsuit for pictures.  We will take a group photo asap and then families can reserve a spot to take individual/sibling photos by using this link.  This must be done today.

DUAL MEET #1 Information:  vs Fieldstone Farms

Pool address - 1530 Lexington Pkwy, Franklin, TN 37069

There is very limited parking available. Please try to carpool if possible.  You may need to drop off your swimmer/supplies, park on a side street  and walk to the pool. 

We will have tents for our Heron's nests.  Please bring your own chairs if you want to sit.

There will be a concession stand during the meet. They accept credit and debit cards (no cash). 

Chick-fil-A sandwiches will be available for purchase using cash or venmo only. 

They will have a shaved ice truck available with proceeds going to the Nashville dolphins.

Meet Schedule: 

3:00pm:  Please arrive at the pool and check in with your swimmer's Heron's Nest 
(by Age Group/ Gender).

3:30pm:  Westhaven Warm Ups begin

3:30pm:  There will be an officials/ timers meeting at the Starter's table at 3:30pm... please come to the meet with your phones fully charged and Swimmingly app downloaded and updated.

4:00pm:  Meet starts

* If your child is in camp and will be arriving after 3pm, please respond to this email.  If your child needs to leave the meet early, they MUST let a coach and their Heron's Nest Volunteer know they are leaving.  **Please make sure they are not scheduled to swim in any relays at the end of the meet.

Weather Policy:  If the weather is questionable, please read through our inclement weather policy on the Swim Meet 101 page.  (We will do everything possible to run the meet tomorrow if it is safe because rescheduling is too challenging to do with such a short season.)

Please find the Heat Sheet attached.  If you want your own copy, please print.  We will have copies available for Timers, Heron's nest volunteers and Coaches.
