Hi Everyone.

Attached please find a copy of tonight's heat sheet.  There have been a few changes to the relays and some of the IMs didn't go through correctly... so both teams were missing some swimmers... we will add those by hand and let the individual swimmers know if this has affected them.

Please make sure your swimmers have a lot of water, healthy snacks and sun protection... it's going to be a hot one!

** Before leaving for the night, please double check with coaches to make sure your swimmer isn't in the final relay.
