Hi Blue Heron Families,

We hope everyone enjoyed their weekend... especially the dads!  Happy Father's Day.

Tomorrow is our meet against Fieldstone Farms.  This should be a fun and competitive meet.  Attached please find the Heat sheet.  Please note all of the combined heats.  We will try to run this meet quickly... without combined heats, it is longer than the previous two meets.  Please remind your swimmers to stay in their Herons Nests when they are not swimming, so that we can find them when it's time for them to swim and there won't be delays in the meet.

Weather Policy:  We will do our BEST to run the meet tomorrow.  We will swim if it's raining, unless the rain is so hard that we can't see the bottom of the pool.  In the case of thunderstorms, we will monitor the radar closely. If it looks like we can wait it out and still hold the meet Monday night, we will.  Please plan to stay in your car for the 30 minutes following the thunder.  Unfortunately, we will not be able to wait for people to come back to the pool before restarting the meet.  If it looks like the storm is here to stay, we will make a decision to cancel, reschedule or call the meet as is (if we were able to start).

Apparel Sales: We will have apparel sales during practice tomorrow and at the meet near concessions tomorrow night.  This is a fundraiser for our team and we would love your support.
